What is Chase +1?
Chase +1 is a credit card designed for students looking to build and maintain good credit while earning great rewards along the way. With Chase +1, you earn points for being a responsible cardholder. The points you earn can be shared with friends, given to causes, or redeemed for products in the Chase +1 Store. In addition, Chase +1 gives you credit and financial information that will help you manage your credit wisely.
Who is eligible for Chase +1?
College students who have a Facebook account are eligible.
Do I have to be a Facebook member to join Chase +1?
Yes, you have to be a member of Facebook to join.
What are Karma Points?
With the Chase +1 credit card program, points are known as Karma Points. They are called Karma Points because, in addition to using these points to get stuff for yourself, you can also choose to share them with friends or give them to causes.
How do I earn Karma Points?
1 Karma Point is approximately $1 in retail value for redemptions at the Chase +1 store.
Make your first purchase with your Chase +1 card (20 Karma Points)
Once your Chase +1 card is activated, you will receive 20 Karma Points after you make your first purchase with the card.
Pass the Credit Essentials Quiz (5 Karma Points)
After your Chase +1 card is
registered at ChasePlus1.com, you have the opportunity to earn 5 Karma Points when you take and pass the
Credit Essentials Quiz.
Pay your bill on time (2 Karma Points every month)
You will receive 2 Karma Points each time you pay your bill on time.
Pay your bill on time for six months in a row (Additional 8 Karma Points)
If you pay your bill on time for six months in a row, you will receive an additional 8 Karma Points.

In order to earn and redeem Karma Points through the Program, you must be a Chase +1 cardholder, activate your credit card, and
register your Account within six months of receiving your card. If you do not register your card prior to earning Karma Points, the Karma Points earned will be forfeited unless you subsequently register your Account within six months of the date the Karma Points were earned.
1 Karma Points will only be awarded for on time payments with respect to payments that are due on or after 7/20/2008
2 Not to exceed more than 16 Karma Points per 12 month period.
How long will it take for my Karma Points to post to my account?
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after each Karma Point earn activity for the points to post.
All points in your balance are immediately available to redeem, give, or share.

Do I need a Chase credit card to join ChasePlus1.com?
To get the full benefits of the Chase +1 Student Program, you will need a Chase +1 credit card. However, you do not need a Chase credit card to join ChasePlus1.com.
Do I have to specifically have a Chase +1 card to register?
Yes, only Chase +1 student credit cardholders may register for the Chase +1 Student Program and earn Karma Points. Only one credit card per person can be registered for the Chase +1 Student Program.
What can I do with my Karma Points?
You can redeem your Karma Points for products in the Chase +1 Store, give them to causes that matter to you, or share them with your Facebook friends.
How do I know how many Karma Points I have?
To check your Karma Points balance, please click on the Chase +1
Activity History link in the navigation on the right. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after each activity for which you will earn Karma Points for the points to post. All points in your balance are immediately available to redeem, give, or share. If you find an error or have any questions, please

Do my Karma Points ever expire?
Your accumulated Karma Points will be permanently forfeited if you do not engage in any Karma Point activity within one year (365 days). Activity can include: Earning Points, Redeeming Points, Sharing Points, or Donating Points.

How do I update my contact/account information?
Your contact and account information can be updated by calling the toll-free phone number
on the back on your Chase +1 credit card.
Terms and Conditions
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the price of items in the Chase +1 Store. Once you have found the item you want to purchase and have clicked "BUY NOW", shipping costs will be displayed.

General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Your refund will be based on the form of payment that was used to make the original transaction. For example, if you redeemed Karma Points to purchase the item, Karma Points will be refunded to your rewards account. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Contact Chase +1 and we will guide you through the process and supply you with a return mailing label for you to print and use.
Items that are Not Returnable
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Any Chase +1 Member Exclusives
- Hazardous items that are gas-powered or contain flammable liquids (these items will indicate "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail pages)
- Computer laptops and desktops more than 30 days after delivery
- Any television 27 inches or larger
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for another of the same item,
contact Chase +1 to request a replacement. Please note that it takes 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Using Return Mailing Labels
Return mailing labels will be sent to you via email once you
contact Chase +1. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders or other shipments from the same order in the same box with the label, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
If you use a return mailing label and the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, or another reason), we will pay the return shipping costs.
